1.0 Administration of Tickets

The Connie Mack World Series (CMWS) Board of Directors is the governing authority over the sale and distribution of all Series Ticketing. The Farmington Recreation Center is the local site whereby tickets are sold and distributed.

2.0 Payment for tickets

In April of each year, all reserved and box seat ticket holders will be mailed a letter from the Connie Mack World Series stating the seats that are in the holder’s name and the purchase price of those tickets for the current year. Only cash, checks, or money orders will be accepted for the purchase of tickets. Payment must be received or postmarked by May 31st of the current year in order to avoid a 10% late fee.

If picking tickets up in person, one must present a CMWS ticket letter or personal ID in order to receive the tickets. If tickets are going to be picked up by someone other than the ticket holder, the holder’s ticket letter must be presented or the staff will call the holder for verification.

2.1 Late Payments

Beginning June 1st, ticket payment will increase by 10% for all reserved and box seat ticket holders.

2.2 Penalty for non-payment or claim of tickets

If payment for reserved tickets is not received by the Wednesday immediately preceding the start of the Series, the tickets will automatically be sold at the ticket booth during that year’s Series. If the original ticket holder does not contact the Recreation Center and purchase those tickets at any time during the current Series, then those tickets will be considered forfeited and will be given away in the next ticket lottery. Regardless of when those tickets are purchased during that Series, the full price must be paid to claim tickets. Box seats that are not claimed and paid for will be released to the CMWS Board of Directors to be distributed at the Board’s discretion before being re-auctioned at a later date determined by the Chairman.

3.0 Change of Address

It is the responsibility of the ticket holder to contact the Farmington Recreation Center to notify staff of a change of address.

Absent that contact, when ticket billing letters are returned to the Farmington Recreation Center because they are undeliverable to the proper person at the address on file, every attempt will be made to obtain the new address of the ticket holder. However, if that ticket holder cannot be found or does not contact the Recreation Center before the current year’s Series, his or her tickets will be sold at the ticket booth during that year’s Series. If the original ticket holder does not contact the Recreation Center prior to the end of that Series, then those tickets will be considered forfeited and will be released in the next ticket lottery.

4.0 Transfer of tickets

4.1 Transfer of Reserved Seat Tickets for an Individual Holder

Tickets for reserved seats can be permanently transferred from one owner to another. To make a transfer, the current owner must fill out a Connie Mack Ticket Transfer Notice at the Farmington Recreation Center. The notice will state the current owner’s information, identify the reserved seats being transferred, and the name and contact information of the person to whom the tickets are being transferred.

After the transfer is complete, all future communication and payment notices regarding the transferred seats will be sent to the new holder.

4.2 Transfer of Reserved Seat Tickets for a Company/Corporation Holder

Tickets for reserved seats can be permanently transferred from one company/corporation. The notice will state the current holder’s information, identify the box seats being transferred, and the name and contact information of the person to whom the box seats are being transferred. After the transfer is complete, all future communication and payment notices regarding the transferred seats will be sent to the new holder.

4.8 Divorce

In the event of divorce, tickets will remain with the holder stated on the CMWS Ticket Purchase Agreement, unless otherwise stated by a legal document (divorce decree) or with both parties present to verify signatures on the Connie Mack Ticket Transfer Notice.

5.0 Donation of tickets

5.1 Ticket books

Holders of reserved seat tickets may donate a book(s) of tickets for a one year season in the event that they will be unable to use the tickets that year. It is fully understood that the donated tickets will remain in the holder’s name and are only being donated for the current year. The holder donating the book of tickets does not pay for the tickets the year that they are being donated. Ticket books may only be donated for one year at a time.

5.2 Individual game tickets

Reserved ticket holders that have purchased their tickets but would then like to donate individual game tickets may do so by dropping the individual tickets off at the Farmington Recreation Center before the series begins or at the ticket booth at Ricketts Park once the series has started. Notice of individual tickets being donated will not be taken over the phone as the actual ticket must be received.

Any individual wanting to purchase a handicap seat for him or herself must present a handicap placard and may also purchase a seat for a companion. Any impairment not accompanied by a handicap placard will be considered on a case by case basis.

7.0 Lottery

The demand for CMWS tickets is greater than the availability of tickets. As a result, persons wishing to obtain reserved seat tickets may place their name in a lottery box at the Farmington Recreation Center beginning April 1st of any given year. Each person may submit his or her own name only once.   Multiple entries for a person will result in their name being disqualified from the drawing.

Should tickets be available, a lottery drawing for those tickets will occur the second Monday after the Connie Mack World Series and will take place at 5:00 p.m. at the Farmington Recreation Center. After the CMWS chairman or their designee draws, the Farmington Recreation Center staff will call those individuals, giving them seven days to select tickets available. Each individual drawn may select and purchase up to four reserved seats. Individuals selected are expected to meet the terms and conditions as outlined in this document as a ticket holder and will sign the Reserved Ticket Agreement before being issued tickets.

8.0 Lost Tickets

In the event that a ticket book is lost, the Recreation Center staff will re-issue a hand written copy of the ticket book. A fee of $10.00 for each ticket book replaced will be assessed.

Individual game tickets that are lost or forgotten can also be re-issued for a fee of $2.00.

This also applies to individual who bring the wrong ticket to the game.

9.0 General Admission tickets

General Admission tickets can be bought for each game session during the Series. The General Admission tickets go on sale at the ticket booth 1 hour before each game session. Adult tickets and Student tickets will be sold at the designated prices. Students are considered 6 months through High School. All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be given.
